§ Mr. GoodladThe plutonium figures reported to Euratom are for plutonium in shipments of irradiated fuel elements when they are transferred from the reactor storage ponds to the reprocessing plant. An annual report of fuel holdings is made to Euratom, giving the total number of fuel elements in the fresh fuel store, the reactor core and the irradiated fuel storage pond. The quantities of plutonium in these elements is not separately stated.
