§ 72. Mr. Altonasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he is satisfied with the monitoring of grants authorised by him under section 11 of the Local Government Act 1966.
§ Mr. WaddingtonApplications for section 11 grant are considered against the criteria set out in Home Office circular No. 97/1982. The continued eligibility of posts for grant is reviewed after three years. We are satisfied with these arrangements which are kept under review.
