§ Mr. MellorWe are aware that English wine producers favour amendments to the law on permitted opening hours for licensed premises to enable wine to be sold by the glass at vineyards during the afternoon. My right hon. and learned Friend has no immediate plans for legislation on the licensing law, but the views of English wine producers will be borne in mind in our current review of the licensing hours.
