Members may obtain Admission Orders to the galleries of the House by the following methods:
Gallery Remarks 1. Strangers Gallery a. By routine allocation by rota of two orders every nine sitting days, Mondays to Thursdays. Orders sent to Members by Admission Order office or collected. b. By application on sitting Mondays to Thursdays for allocated orders returned. To Admission Order Office. 2. Special Galleries a. By advance application at Admission Order Office for up to two orders per day (with a maximum of four Orders per week). Orders sent to Members by Admission Order Office or collected.
Gallery Remarks b. By advance application for orders to be taken up after 3.00 pm, Mondays to Thursdays and after 10.00 am on Fridays. Issued by Serjeant at Arms in the Chair, usually on presentation of a green card. c. From the Serjeant at Arms in the Chair immediately after Prayers Queue tickets available from Bar Doorkeeper ten minutes before sitting time. d. From the Serjeant at Arms in the Chair at other times. Dependent on availability of spaces. 3. Mr. Speaker's Gallery By application to Mr. Speaker's Assistant Secretary (Parliamentary). 4. Serjeant at Arms' Gallery By application to the Serjeant at Arms' office. 5. Distinguished Strangers' Gallery By application to Mr. Speaker's Assistant Secretary (Parliamentary). 6. Commonwealth Gallery By application to the United Kingdom Branch of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association. For Commonwealth visitors only. 7. Ambassadors' Gallery By application from Embassies. Ambassadors or Chargé's d'Affaires only. 8. Diplomatic Gallery On application from Embassies. Available to Members from Serjeant at Arms in the Chair if not taken up by Embassies. 9. Under the Gallery On application to party Whips.
