§ Mr. EggarMy right hon. and learned Friend has no immediate plans to meet the Turkish Foreign Minister although they meet frequently in the course of international conferences. On such occasions the question of human rights is frequently addressed, most recently in New York on 25 September. The Turkish Government is in no doubt of our position on this score.
