Mr. Sedgemore

asked the Attorney-General if the Director of Public Prosecutions received any representations in 1983, 1984 and 1985 to the present day in relation to alleged forged Societée Générale Surveillance certificates or was made aware of the existence of any such certificates in respect of any cases other than the case of the Pahoomal family.

The Solicitor-General

The Director of Public Prosecutions received such a report concerning one Ranjendra Sethia who is at present the subject of an application for extradition from India. That application remains in abeyance pending resolution of criminal proceedings in India.
