HC Deb 02 December 1985 vol 88 cc5-6W
Mr. Sedgemore

asked the Attorney-General if the Director of Public Prosecutions received any representations in 1983, 1984 and 1985 to the present day in relation to alleged fraud at Johnson Matthey Bank in respect of any person other than members of the Pahoomal family.

The Solicitor-General

The Director of Public Prosecutions has considered police reports concerning three cases in which it is alleged that forged certificates purporting to be clean reports of finding issued by Societé Générale Surveillance were used.
