§ Mr. Kilfedderasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland whether he will consider providing funds for the study by a Northern Ireland-based body, such as one of the universities or an all-party committee, of the extent to which the American constitution could serve as a model for the future government of Northern Ireland within the United Kingdom.
