§ Mr. LeeThere is only one Major C Scott, who is on the officer's retired list and who is in receipt of the normal retired pay appropriate to his rank and length of service. He is not employed by the Ministry of Defence and is not in receipt of any other emoluments from the Ministry of Defence.
