§ Mr. Dalyellasked the Secretary of State for Defence what is the expected frequency of flights to the Falklands chartered by his Department from British Airways and other airlines.
§ Mr. StanleyAs I said to the hon. Member in my written answer on 26 March at columns 187–8 we currently expect two or three flights a week to Mount Pleasant airport. The extent to which these flights will be made by RAF or by chartered aircraft has still to be determined. In addition we currently expect some two flights a week to Port Stanley airport by RAF Hercules.
