§ Mr. BrittanTwo heads of personnel management divisions (grade 5) have been designated as equal opportunity officers, responsible for advising on the full scale of equal opportunity matters as they concern both sex444W and racial discrimination. One officer is concerned with staff in the Prison Department and Prison Department establishments, and the other with staff in the rest of the Home Office.
