§ Dr. Cunninghamasked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) if the Nature Conservancy Council has yet established procedures for the enforcement of section 28 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981; what training of Nature Conservancy Council staff has been undertaken or will be undertaken to assist it in investigating and enforcing possible offences against section 28; and how many prosecutions have yet been taken against owners or occupiers of sites of special scientific interest who have infringed section 28(5) of the Act;
1046W(2) what is the Nature Conservancy Council's latest estimate for the completion of the re-notification of the existing series of sites of special scientific interest as required by the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981;
(3) if he will name the 156 sites of special scientific interest listed by the Nature Conservancy Council in appendix 5b of its latest annual report as having been damaged in the period April 1983 to March 1984.
