§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeInformation on the numbers of nurse teachers who have retired and not been replaced 953W since 1 July 1983 is not readily available. I understand from the English National Board that a recent survey has shown that between October 1983 and March 1984 46 nurse teachers retired. In recent years there has been an overall increase in nurse teachers as the following figures show:
