§ Mr. John Fraserasked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) if he will publish in the Official Report from the 1985–86 housing investment programme 2 submissions of English local authorities, estimated total payments_in 1984–85, committed payments for 1985–86 and total proposed payments for 1985–86 for the following activity categories (a) new housebuilding, (b) slum clearance, (c) renovation of local authority dwellings, (d) renovation grants and (e) lending to private persons and lending to housing associations;
(2) if he will publish in the Official Report the following information from the 1985–86 housing investment programme 2 submissions of English local authorities, the activity figures in numbers for 1984–85 and 1985–86 in the following categories (a) new housebuilding starts in total, (b) dwellings demolished or closed, (c) renovation or repair of local authority dwellings and (d) renovation grants in total;
(3) if he will publish in the Official Report from the 1985–86 housing investment programme 2 submissions of English local authorities (a) the total number of vacant dwellings including differentiation by tenure category, (b) the total number of sharing households, concealed households and specialised households in need, and on the housing list and in need, (c) the total households on the waiting list and in need, (d) the dwellings let through the 487W national mobility scheme and the tenants' exchange scheme, (e) the dwellings let to secure tenants displaced through development, who were homeless or who were rehoused from the waiting list, and (f) the total number of dwellings let;
(4) if he will publish in the Official Report the following information from the 1985–86 housing investment programme 2 submissions of English local authorities (a) estimated total payments in 1984–85, (b) committed payments for 1985–86, and (c) total proposed payments for 1985–86.
