§ Mr. FletcherThe restrictive trade practices legislation was extensively reviewed in the Green Paper "A Review of Restrictive Trade Practices Policy" (Cmnd. 7512) which concluded that the legislation had been generally effective. I continue to keep the legislation under review, and I am willing to consider proposals to amend it.
