§ Mr. Terry Davisasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether Mr. Mohammed Siddique was interviewed by the governor of Her Majesty's prison, Winson Green, the deputy governor of the prison or anyone else on the staff at the prison before 4 November in connection with his wish to grow a beard and told that he must shave.
