§ Mr. Gordon Brownasked the Secretary of State for Defence if he will list the naval refits that have been put out to private contractors during 1984.
§ Mr. LeeContracts were placed during 1984 for the refits of HMS Euryalus and Otter, 12 Royal Fleet Auxiliaries, a floating dock and a tug. Contracts were also let for lesser work (including periodic overhaul) on other vessels, principally harbour craft and pontoons.
