§ Mrs. ChalkerWe are considering design proposals prepared by our consultants and will consult local councils before taking a decision about them. I will let my hon.8W Friend know when we have decided on a solution. Local residents will have a full opportunity to comment on our access proposals in this area when our detailed plans are published.
