§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeDepartmental policies and procedures were reviewed within the Director of Establishments and Personnel command prior to the Commission for Racial Equality's code of practice becoming operative. Guidance and instructions are under constant review and necessary amendments and information disseminated as required.
