§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeThe equal opportunity post was designated within this Department on 15 March 1984. The Director of Establishments and Personnel made the designation and the designated officer is graded assistance secretary.
The post is responsible for the oversight and provision of advice on the Civil Service policy of non-discrimination within this Department.
