§ Mr. George YoungerCompulsory registration of sales of heritable property under the Land Registration (Scotland) Act 1979 is currently in effect for the counties of Renfrew, Dunbarton and Lanark. Up to 4 May 1984, 31,477 units of property had been so registered.
