§ Mr. TrippierMy Department seeks to stimulate the provision of management education and training for small firms which is both accessible to them and appropriate to their particular needs. It is up to those running small firms to take advantage of the many courses offered by educational establishments, though I endeavour to encourage awareness of the value of suitable training.
