§ Mr. Lathamasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what were the names and position of the two men describing themselves as representatives of the Libyan People's Bureau who were recently summoned to his Department to receive a note verbale relating to alleged terrorist activities by Libyan nationals.
