asked the Secretary of State for the Environment what arrangements he envisages applying to the Greater London council and Inner London education authority in their role as members of the Hackney, Lambeth and Islington partnerships during 1985–86.

During 1985–86, my right hon. Friend expects the Greater London council and the Inner London education authority to remain members of the partnership committees of the Hackney, Lambeth and Islington partnerships.
