asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what recent discussions he has had with the United States Government about the situation in Central America.

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what recent consultations he has had with the United States Government about Central America.

Mr. Whitney

We are in close and constant touch with the United States Government on matters of mutual interest, which include Central America. Recent high level visitors to London have included Vice President Bush, Defence Secretary Weinberger and Secretary of State Shultz.

28. Mr. Spearing

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs when he expects to make further decisions concerning United Kingdom diplomatic representation in Central America.
