§ Dr. Cunningham
asked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will publish a table showing the percentage increase in the planned specific and supplementary grants listed in annex B of the "Rate Support Grant Report (England) 1984–85", compared with the (a) planned and (b) outturn figures for 1981–82, 1982–83 and 1983–84, respectively.

The percentage increases in relevant specific and supplementary grants are as follows:
