§ The Prime MinisterThe visit to India and the middle east was the only occasion on which I took a member of my family as my personal assistant. I cannot answer for previous Administrations. My daughter was not paid from public funds and I paid air fares for her. She helped me with all personal arrangements. She took no part in dealing with official materials of the sort referred to by the right hon. Gentleman.
