§ Mr. ScottIt is not yet possible to say what changes will be made to the student travel allowance scheme in Northern Ireland. Policy in Northern Ireland has been based on parity of awards for Northern Ireland students with their counterparts in England and Wales. I understand revised arrangements for England and Wales are currently being considered.
