§ Mr. Allan StewartI understand that the contents of the one letter which has passed between my Department and Tayside regional council on this matter, that dated 8 December 1983, have already been made known at a public meeting of the regional council. I have arranged for a copy of the letter to be placed in the Library. My right hon. Friend does not feel that it would be appropriate for him to initiate publication of correspondence on this matter from or to individual Members of Parliament or members of the public.
