§ Mr. AncramAt 31 May 1984, 14,425 rehabilitated units had been completed by housing associations using loan finance provided by the Housing Corporation. A further 2,280 units had been rehabilitated at 31 December 1983 in projects financed under the separate programme of local authority loans. Details are not available centrally of the number of these properties which were previously owner-occupied.
