§ Mr. MellorWith the agreement of the individuals concerned I have referred to the Court of Appeal 11 cases in which Dr. Clift gave evidence. It is for the court to 171W decide when to hear these cases. Two individuals have indicated that they do not want their cases to be referred and I have decided to respect their wishes in the matter. Three others have yet to be traced.
