§ Mr. HurdCentral records, which are approximate, show for 30 April 1984, the latest date for which information is readily available, the population of prisoners aged under 21 in prison department establishments in Wales as 65 untried prisoners, seven convicted unsentenced prisoners and 268 sentenced prisoners.
