§ 71. Mr. Lawrenceasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether he raised the subject of postal communications between the United Kingdom and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics during his recent discussions in Moscow.
§ Mr. RifkindI did not discuss this question specifically. However, we have serious concerns on this subject which the Irish delegation has raised on behalf of the Ten, at the nineteenth congress of the Universal Postal Union, now being held in Hamburg.
