§ Mr. WaldegraveThe following waste disposal authorities in England have not yet finally determined a waste disposal plan for their area in accordance with section 2 of the Control of Pollution ACt 1974: Avon, Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Cheshire, Cornwall, Cumbria, Derbyshire, Devon, Durham, East Sussex, Essex, Greater London, Greater Manchester, Hampshire, Hereford and528W Worcester, Isle of Wight, Kent, Lancashire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Merseyside, North Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Shropshire, South Yorkshire, Surrey, Tyne and Wear, Warwickshire, West Yorkshire, West Sussex, Wiltshire.
In addition, the following authorities have reached the stage of seeking the Secretary of State's consent to those provisions in their plans that are the subject of objection by another authority:
