§ Sir George YoungIn the light of the strong representations which we have received on this subject, my right hon. Friend has decided to give his consent under section 4(4) of the New Towns Act 1981 to a contribution of not more than £400,000 by Telford development corporation to Shropshire county council towards the capital cost of providing a new business and commercial library in Telford town centre.
