asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland which local authorities in Northern Ireland receive more than half their income raised by rates from industrial and commercial rates, calculated before account is taken of domestic rate rebates; and what proportion this represents of all local authorities in Northern Ireland.

Industrial premises in Northern Ireland are 100 per cent. derated and none of the district councils receives more than half its rate income from commercial property.
