§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsI received the latest report of the review group at the beginning of this month. In responding to the report I have made clear my concern to ensure that the momentum of improvement is sustained at St. David's hospital and in developing community services in Dyfed as a whole. I have indicated that it is my intention to visit the hospital in April together with the chairman of the review group to see for myself what has been achieved and the work which remains to be done to establish an effective community-based service for mentally ill people in Dyfed. Copies of the report and my response to the chairman have been placed in the Library of the House.
