Mr. Kenneth Carlisle

asked the Secretary of State for Wales what is the level of precept levied on relevant local authorities by regional water authorities under section 46 of the Land Drainage Act 1976 for each local land drainage district in Wales; and what was the total sum of money paid by each local authority in the latest year for which this information is available.
