§ Mrs. Peacock
asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food whether the United Kingdom has carried out the requirements of article 4, paragraph 3, of Council Regulation (EEC) No. 1422/78 and can now comply with article 1, paragraph 2, of Council Regulation (EEC) No. 1421/78, relating to fresh milk and fresh milk products.

§ Mr. MacGregor
The United Kingdom regularly makes the returns provided for in article 4, paragraph 3, of Council regulation (EEC) No. 1422/78. We were able to comply with the requirements of article 1, paragraph 2, of Council regulation (EEC) No. 1421/78 in 1978 and have continued to do so.
