§ Mr. Lathamasked the Prime Minister whether she will appoint another Minister of State at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office to have specific and full-time responsibility for disarmament, and to lead the United Kingdom delegation to the committee on disarmament in Geneva and the Vienna negotiations on mutual and balanced force reductions.
