§ Dr. BoysonNo prosecutions under section 147(7) of the Social Security Act 1975 have been taken in England and Wales within the last five years. In Scotland, one company director was prosecuted under section 147(7) in 1979, and a decree was awarded to the Department for £11,355. To date, £9,366 has been recovered and recovery328W action is continuing. There have been no other prosecutions under section 147(7) in Scotland within the last five years.
