§ Mr. Williamsasked the Prime Minister when and to whom in Her Majesty's Government Cementation first made known its interest in the contract for Sultan Qaboos University, Oman; and by whom that interest was made known.
§ The Prime MinisterCementation Ltd. did not approach the Government in advance of the decision of the Omani Government to award the company a turnkey contract to design and build the university.
