§ Mr. WhitneyOur relations with the Holy See are good. On 16 January 1982 it was announced that diplomatic relations would be upgraded. We are now represented at the Vatican by an ambassador and the Holy See is represented by an Apostolic Pro-Nuncio accredited to the Court of St. James's in London.
