§ Mr. WaddingtonThe purpose of the circular to local authorities will be to provide detailed information about the revised arrangements for repatriation. The circular will contain no instructions to local authorities, but I expect them to be willing to make information about the revised arrangements available to persons who seek advice about the availability of assistance with repatriation.
