§ Mr. Jannerasked the Secretary of State for Scotland when last carried out an analysis of information required for ethnic monitoring of his Department; and whether he proposes to take steps within his Department to comply with the monitoring provisions of the Commission for Racial Equality's code on ethnic monitoring.
