§ Mr. Nealeasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will review the analysis made by the Property Services Agency in 1972 and reconsidered in 1979 of the costs involved in moving the Crown court from Bodmin to Truro; and if he will make a statement.
§ Sir George YoungMy noble and learned Friend the Lord Chancellor has consistently confirmed his decision to move the Crown courts from Bodmin to Truro, and in accordance with that decision the Property Services Agency has commissioned consultant architects to design new courts to meet the requirements at Truro.
It would, therefore, be inappropriate to review the costs of retaining the courts at Bodmin.
