§ Mr. MooreI have been asked to reply. I refer the hon. Member to the answer given to the hon. Member for Birmingham, Perry Barr (Mr. Rooker) on 20 January.—[Vol. 52, c.347.] The exclusion of Northern Irish companies from the figures I gave in that answer would not affect the overall estimate.
