§ Mrs. FennerDetails of the wine settlement were laid in the Library of the House on 10 December. There will be no change in the existing provisions protecting synthetic alcohol producers, but the introduction of an effective guarantee threshold, a restrictive price policy and aids for grubbing up vineyards will have a significant effect on the wine surplus and reduce the output of wine alcohol.
