§ Mr. NewtonIn the past year we have received nine representations, mainly from right hon. and hon. Members, on behalf of blind people and a further twenty-nine representations on behalf of people who are deaf and blind.
I also met during the year with representatives of the Deaf-Blind Helpers' League and the North Regional Association for the Blind.
