§ Mr. ButcherWhen the review was announced on 12 November, offers of innovation assistance to individual companies were running at the rate of about £10 million to £15 million per month. As my hon. Friend said in his announcement, the review will be completed within five months and a further announcement will be made then both on the balance of the Department's support and on when new applications can be considered.
